Return Policy

TruffLuv is committed to giving you a holistic and opulent experience when it comes to your hair care. We carefully research our ingredients, pick the best components for our products, and make sure the process of them leaving us and reaching you is as easy and perfect as possible. If in any case, you want to return the product or exchange it, here’s how you can do it:

Return/Replacement Request:

A return or replacement request can be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery if you have received the wrong or expired product(s). You can reach our customer team at support@truffluv.in. Our customer executive will get in touch with you within 2 working days after reviewing your request.

Concerns You Can Raise

You can return products for the following concerns:

  1. Wrong Product
  2. Expired Product
  3. Damaged Product
  4. No Product Delivery

Any of the concerns listed above will be addressed by our customer care team within 2 working days. However, if you have a concern that doesn’t fall under any of these, please write to us at support@truffluv.in.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

TruffLuv aims at making the whole experience of our customer enjoyable, easy, and happy. All our efforts are towards making your haircare experience seamless. However, if for any reason, you seek to get a refund for the product or want to cancel an order, here’s how you can go about it:

  1. Unused/Unopened Product:
    In case you feel the product is not for you, we can issue a full refund for the delivered goods if the products are unused or unopened. Please raise a return request with our customer care team and we will organize a pick-up from your place of delivery. Please note: the product will not be accepted if the returned product has not reached our warehouse within 7 days of delivery date, hence, we urge you to raise a return/refund request on time.

  2. Tampered Product:
    Please note, if at the time of delivery, you see the product has been opened or has been tampered with, please feel free to reject that particular product shipment.

  3. Products Sold During a SALE:
    Please note, products sold during a SALE will not be exchanged/refunded.

Refund Process:

The refund process relies upon the product reaching our warehouse. Once we receive the product, address the concern raised by you, and it is verified, we will initiate the process of refund. You will be contacted by our customer care personnel about the process after.
